2. Intellectual Property:
Website Content: All content on siteready.gr - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), layouts, design templates (mockups), images, and audiovisual materials - constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider and is protected under Greek, EU, and international intellectual and industrial property laws. Any copying, reproduction, republication, or commercial exploitation without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Client Deliverables: The transfer of usage rights and/or intellectual property rights over customized websites or digital applications created by the Provider on behalf of clients takes place exclusively and solely upon full and final payment of the agreed fee.
Portfolio Display Right: The Provider reserves the right to display completed projects, brand names, and relevant screenshots in its public portfolio and promotional media, unless a written non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been explicitly executed with the client.
3. Indicative Pricing & Contract Formation:
Non-Binding Estimates: Any prices, service packages, or cost estimates displayed on the Website or promotional material are purely indicative and informational and do not constitute a legally binding offer to contract.
Contract Formation: Every commercial collaboration is finalized exclusively through a customized technical-economic proposal and the execution of a specific Service Agreement, which defines the exact scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and respective obligations of the parties.
4. Portfolio & External Links:
The Website contains hyperlinks to live client websites for portfolio demonstration purposes. The Provider bears no responsibility for:
- The content, privacy policy, security, or availability of third-party external websites.
- Any modifications, content additions, code alterations, or service disruptions performed by the client or third parties following completion and delivery of the project.
5. Communication Forms, Cookies & Data Collection:
Lead Generation & Forms: Submitting information via Website communication forms or lead collection forms on advertising platforms (such as Meta Lead Ads on Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads) constitutes a simple expression of interest and does not automatically establish a contractual relationship.
Data Protection: Contact details submitted voluntarily are used exclusively to communicate with you and prepare a relevant proposal, in accordance with SiteReady's Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / Law 4624/2019).

Cap on Liability: In any case of professional service provision, the Provider's aggregate civil liability towards the client is strictly capped at the total monetary amount actually paid by the client for that specific service. The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on the Website with an indication of the last updated date. The Terms in effect at the time of signing a specific Service Agreement continue to govern the relationship for that project, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed exclusively by Greek Law and EU law.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, Greece.
